You manage a team of about 50 employees and ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly, efficiently and according to schedule. You will work in two fixed shifts (06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00) and run a Saturday shift once every six weeks during the peak season. \/\/He supervise, manage and develop employees and assistant team leaders, including performance and development reviews. \/\/To monitor and optimize logistics processes in the department. \/\/He reporting KPIs and suggesting improvements. \/\/Translating the workload into smart staff schedules. \/\/To ensure clear handover between shifts. Requirements ** \/\/Higher education or relevant work experience. \/\/Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a logistics or retail environment (e.g. team leader, assistant supermarket manager, shift leader). \/\/Coaching skills and the ability to motivate people. \/\/Experience in a distribution center or retail is a plus. \/\/Good command of the Dutch language (min. B2). \/\/Experience with Office 365. \/\/ Willingness to work in two shifts.
