About the position
As Supply Chain Manager, you will have a key strategic and operational position within the EMEA region. You will manage the end-to-end supply chain: from planning and logistics to inventory management and distribution. You will also be responsible for the further optimization and digitalization of the supply chain and stimulate cooperation between various internal departments.
- Lead teams within planning, logistics and warehousing.
- Optimize inventory levels, service levels and transport efficiency.
- Initiate and implement improvement projects throughout the supply chain.
- Design and refine reports, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Strengthen ERP usage and support digitization initiatives.
- Intensive collaboration with Sales, Operations and Procurement to achieve business goals.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience within Supply Chain Management or similar roles.
- Leadership experience, both direct and indirect.
- depth knowledge of planning, logistics, warehousing and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, communicatively proficient work style.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and visit production sites several days a week.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent command of Excel and ERP tools.
