Supply Chain Coordinator

About the position

No two days are the same: you have contact with customers at home and abroad, coordinate transports with carriers and keep the administration tightly organised. With your overview and communication skills you know how to make processes run efficiently and how to spot deviations in time. Specifically, you will occupy yourself with:

• Relationship management: answering customer questions, following up on requests and ensuring correct processing of reports.

• Order management: processing and checking incoming orders and recording information in systems such as SAP and CRM.

• Transport coordination: organizing deliveries and liaising with logistics partners.

• Finance & documentation: preparing invoices and bills of lading, processing payment arrangements and arranging customs formalities.

• Reporting & analysis: monitoring costs, prices and creating reports for internal departments. / / / Improvement initiatives: identify where processes can be more efficient and actively come up with ideas.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an organizational jack-of-all-trades who can switch well in an international environment. You are solution oriented, communicatively strong and keep the overview, even when it is busy. Furthermore you have:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level

• Ten least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good command of the Dutch and English language.

• Experience with SAP; knowledge of Incoterms and export documents is a plus.

• An analytical view and a structured work attitude.
