Senior Logistics Planner

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and cost-conscious scheduling of personnel and equipment for various green space and earthworks. You ensure that the right people and machines are in the right place at the right time. This makes you an indispensable link in the operational process. You work closely with the operational teams and coordinate continuously with internal and external parties. Thanks to your planning, everything runs smoothly, even when unexpected situations arise. You identify bottlenecks in time and come up with practical solutions. This is a position for someone who stands firm in his or her shoes, loves structure, and gets energy from managing the daily operation.

• Devising and adjusting the planning for personnel and equipment

• Monitoring progress and identifying risks

• Swiftly responding to deviations or calamities

• Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Translating project plans to executing teams

• He recognizes and implements points of improvement in the planning process

What we are looking for

• Minimum of an MBO-4 diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or Engineering

• 3 to 8 years experience in a similar position

• Driving license B

• A affinity with the construction, infra or green sector

• Solid organizational and communication skills

• Stress resistant, solution oriented and independent

• Experience with planning software and logistical processes

• Ability to easily switch between different levels within an organization

What you get

• An attractive salary between €3.650 and €4,700 gross per month (based on. 40 hours, depending on experience)
