Office Manager

About the position

As Office Manager, you are the first point of contact for all office-related matters. You ensure the smooth running of daily operations and support colleagues with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks. In addition, you play a role in HR-related processes, such as ensuring a proper onboarding for new colleagues. With your efforts, you will contribute to a pleasant and professional working environment in which everyone can work optimally.

  • Managing and maintaining the office (orders, vendors, facilities)
  • Coordinating IT and office equipment
  • Supporting HR processes, including onboarding
  • Planning and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Setting up internal activities and team events
  • Contract management and pricing arrangements with vendors
  • Administrative support,
  • Answering questions from colleagues about facilities and office supplies

What we are looking for

  • MBO+/ HBO working and thinking level
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Organizational strong and good at prioritizing
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented
  • Flexible and stress resistant within a dynamic working environment

What you get

  • Salary between €3.000 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours
  • 25 vacation days and 8% vacation allowance
