Legal Officer

About the position

As a legal assistant, you already have experience in real estate, construction and procurement law and/or energy law. European ESG legislation has your special interest and you are looking for a position in which you will have every opportunity to develop further. You have strong analytical and communication skills and a healthy dose of humor. In addition, you are an enthusiastic sparring partner for clients and colleagues. You are able to independently translate client questions into practical solutions and have an affinity with Legal Tech.

• Guiding and advising clients on real estate, construction, procurement and energy law.

• Analyze complex legal issues and translate them into practical, applicable solutions for clients.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents.

• Support senior lawyers on larger projects and files.

• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of Legal Tech solutions within the team.

• Actively participate in knowledge sharing, workshops and internal training sessions to increase expertise and stay up-to-date.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

• Experience with real estate, construction and/or procurement law

• Passion for sustainable and healthy building environments

• Accurate, analytical and a driven team player

• Fluent in English and Dutch
