Payroll Specialist

About the position

Are you someone who gets happy with numbers that are right down to the decimal point? As Payroll Specialist, you ensure that everything runs like clockwork. From the processing of mutations to the timely and error-free payment of salaries, thanks to you colleagues can count on a reliable and careful administration. In this role you are responsible for the salary processing of around 300 employees. You will process mutations, draw up employment contracts and keep personnel data up-to-date. Here you are not a number, but a valuable colleague in an organization where commitment, honesty and quality are key.

• Processing the entire payroll administration in Cobra HRM

• Checking and processing personnel mutations (such as salary and job changes)

• Registering and processing in and out of employment

• Answering colleagues’ questions about salary, payslips and leave arrangements

• Application of collective bargaining agreement provisions, laws and regulations and tax guidelines

• Taking care of payroll tax returns and other obligations

• Collaborating with HR and supervisors for a smooth personnel administration

• Signaling and implementing improvements in salary and HR processes

What we are looking for

• A completed mbo 4 education in (payroll) administration; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration

• Knowledge of Cobra HRM or SD Worx is a plus

• A Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL) is a nice plus

• Good communication and organizational skills

• You are accurate, reliable and have a keen eye for detail

• Stress-resistant, solution-oriented and goal-oriented in your work

• Available for 24 to 40 hours per week
