Working Foreman

About the position

The Working Foreman is responsible for ensuring the quality delivered. The position will need to ensure a neat flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. By managing warehouse employees, the supervisor will have to ensure customer requirements and quality standards.

• Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and presentable at all times

• Checking transport documentation

• Counting shipments and storing them correctly in the Warehouse

• Reporting damaged shipments

• Pallets neatly assembled, sealed and stickered

• Storing shipments at the correct temperature

• Creating the daily schedule and informing Management

• Correctly preparing and supervising KCB & NVWA

What we are looking for

• Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of the various airlines and handling agents

• Having product knowledge (perishables) is a plus

• Experience in managing Warehouse personnel is seen as a big plus

• Flexible attitude regarding tasks to be performed and hours to be worked

What you get

• Gross monthly salary between €3.300 – €3,500 (depending on experience)

• 29 vacation days based on full-time employment

• 23 cents p/km

• Fitness compensation of up to €40 per month
