Intake & Profile

Online Intake
The collaboration starts with a short questionnaire as a basis. Within 12 hours, we will contact you to schedule an appointment with Unite Talent and Dotprcjt.
Introduction & Business Analysis
During an in-depth conversation, we map out your organization, culture and goals. This forms the basis for a powerful employer branding video that fits your identity.
Video Production
We film on location for the “working at” video. After the shooting day, we immediately start the editing and production, which takes an average of five working days. The planning is of course agreed upon.
Feedback & Launch
After delivering the first version, we incorporate your feedback. Then we deliver the final product professionally finished and launch the branding campaign together, including job listings and an industry-specific branding package.
Recruitment & Afterbrand
With the video as a strong foundation, we start the recruitment process: analysis, recruitment and selection, tailored to temping, secondment or permanent placement. In addition, your video remains visible on our website for another month and we highlight your employer brand with a social post in your own tone of voice.
