About the position
- You receive guests, man the front desk, answer the phone and make sure the office space is presentable.
- You keep common areas tidy, take care of plants, prepare meeting rooms and liaise with cleaning services, landlord and co-tenants.
- You process incoming mail and email, distribute leads, prepare expense reports and support colleagues with administrative tasks.
- You arrange lunch, set up drinks, place orders for office supplies or promotional gifts, and assist with other office needs.
- You take on projects independently, keep the work atmosphere positive and help think about improvements in the office.
- There is a lot of room for socializing: lunch together, drinks, ping pong, padel, karaoke and other activities.
What we are looking for
You are at the beginning of your career and have up to 2 years of experience in a similar role. You are organized, stress resistant and sociable. You see work ahead and tackle it independently. You have a good command of the Dutch language and work easily with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of financing or subsidies is not necessary, you will be taught that. What you get
/A temporary contract (32-40 hours) with a view to permanent employment.
- Training program with internal and external training.
- A salary between €2,400 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
- 8% vacation pay plus a bonus scheme.
