In this pivotal sales office position, you provide daily operational support to both external distributors and the internal Distribution Sales Team. Your work ensures that all sales administration runs smoothly, contributing directly to the commercial objectives of the business.
- Manage the entire order process: from order intake to internal coordination regarding invoicing and fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate pricing in all transactions and collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors across the EU–Africa region, ensuring flawless order execution and tracking.
- Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring appropriate and timely resolution, escalating when needed.
- Respond to sales-related questions via phone and email across various departments.
- Support the Distribution Sales Team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update Excel-based data analyses.
- Contribute to sales operational goals: identify trends, solve issues, and propose process improvements.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and support events such as exhibitions (occasionally during weekends).
Wat we zoeken
- MBO+ or equivalent degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales office or similar environment.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive attitude with solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
